Reorder 

  • Customers can easily reorder previous purchases with just a few taps. 
  • Place the same order again without searching through their history or catalog.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers have the option to cancel their orders within a specified cancellation period.
  • The app captures the reason for cancellation, which gets passed to Shopify for record-keeping.
  • A predefined logic determines the timeline for cancellations, restricting them after a certain period.
  • Once an order is fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Prepaid orders are automatically refunded upon cancellation.

Return Integration

  • The app provides RTOs by passing necessary order parameters (order ID, email, phone number) to Shopify for processing returns through a web view.
