Snitch stands out in men’s fashion. It offers unique styles that speak to individual personalities. Founded by Siddharth R. Dungarwal, Snitch shifted from a B2B model to a direct-to-consumer brand in 2019. The goal? To change men’s wear in India. Snitch grabbed a 2.4% market share in no time, competing with global brands. On Shark Tank India S02, he secured an all-Sharks deal. With fresh funding, Snitch amped up their mobile app to reach customers across India.

Yet, challenges came. Low sales conversions hurt the app’s performance and led to lost revenue. Customer sign-ups lagged, limiting the user base. Engagement dropped as users interacted less with the app, affecting overall retention. 

Determined to improve, Snitch set clear goals. They aimed for a seamless shopping experience that would increase sales and build loyalty. They knew upgrading the mobile app was key to these goals.

Partnering with Appbrew, Snitch improved their brand alignment and shopping experience. The new app includes features like search options, loyalty programs, product reviews, and promotions.

A streamlined order management system gave customers transparency over purchases, increasing satisfaction.

Seamless Deep Linking

Drive users directly to specific content within your app, increasing engagement and conversion rates. 

Unlimited Custom Pages for Campaigns

The marketing team could easily create custom pages for targeted promotions, driving user engagement.

Social Login 

A tailored sign-up flow is designed to achieve over 45% sign-up rates. Assume 5% transact, use the rest of the data for multichannel campaigns, custom audience via Meta, and look alike campaigns. 

Image Search
