Prive was acquired by Recurly in May 2025 and now operates as Recurly Commerce. Integrating Appbrew with Recurly Commerce brings subscription management into your mobile app. You can:
- Let customers manage recurring purchases from inside the app
- Keep subscription data in sync with your Shopify store
This means subscribers don't need to leave the app to manage their recurring orders.
Customers can pause, cancel, skip or reactivate subscriptions in-app, update their shipping address, and see upcoming delivery dates. Payment method details (type, name, last 4 digits) and full subscription order history are also visible in-app.
Note: Recurly's newer product also offers build-your-own bundles, a no-code storefront widget editor and a password-less hosted portal; whether these ship through the existing Appbrew integration is still being confirmed.
What You Need
- Login credentials for both your Appbrew and Recurly Commerce accounts
- An active Recurly Commerce account
- Your Recurly Commerce API key (enter it in the Appbrew Studio dashboard — subscription data syncs automatically once added)
- Minimum Appbrew plan: Enterprise
