App start-up back to 0.34 speed
Apps start as fast as they did on 0.34.0 again, after 0.35.0 made JavaScript start-up two to four times slower.

In 0.35.0, @app-brew/build-tools registered every app dependency for instant code at launch, so JavaScript start-up took two to four times longer. Dependencies now sit in a separate scope that launch skips, and only the ones an instant-code manifest lists are registered, when that manifest loads.
- Without instant code, Android: 348 ms on 0.34.0, 1,353 ms on 0.35.0, 332 ms on 0.36.0.
- With instant code, iOS: 218 ms, 381 ms, 218 ms.
Times are JavaScript module initialization in Release builds. Instant code still uses the app’s copy of each dependency, so stateful libraries keep running as one instance.
JavaScript only
Only @app-brew/build-tools changed. No breaking changes and no pod install. The speed-up reaches shoppers with the next app release.
